The standard was firstly published by BIFMA in May 1974, and the standard was revised several times later. Section 14, backrest durability - seat load increased from 225 pounds to 240 pounds;optional test equipment:GT-LB13 Chair Backrest and Tilt Mechanism Durability Test Machine

Section 16, Casters / Seat Durability Test - Increases the cyclic seat load from 250 pounds to 270 pounds;optional test equipment:GT-LB09 Caster and Base Durability Testing Machine

Section 23, the handrail board static load test - the cycle - the load applied to the surface of the tablet arm from the center of the 77-point on the surface becomes 55 pounds from the edge 1 inch;optional test equipment:GT-LB03L Chair Armrest Durability Testing Machine

Section 24, Structural Durability Test - Cycle - Add a new test.
